Responsibilities:

• Supporting marketing, management and development teams in daily activities and ensuring transparency about progress towards everyone
• Removing impediments and ensuring the smooth functioning of all teams
• Working closely with Product Owner
• Improve teamwork and performance by removing barriers
• Moderate agile meetings (daily standup, grooming, retro, planning)
• Document processes and help define improvements by working with teams to identify opportunities to increase efficiency
• Facilitate the day-to-day work of the team
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Introduce new ideas which will improve performance and productivity

 Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in the Scrum Master role;
• Proven track record, having completed multiple software development projects of different types from start to finish as a Scrum Master;
• Preferred experience in SaaS
• Ability to manage multiple projects/teams, autonomously drive and prioritize your workload;
• Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced environments;
• Creative idealist
• Possessing PSM or CSM certification;
• Possessing PMP, Prince2 certifications is a plus;
• Excellent command of English language
• Developed Interpersonal skills (giving and receiving feedback, conflict resolution, active listening)
• Advanced level of English (C1)
