Personal Master Information. We collect first name, maiden name, last name, and nickname; ID / passport number; nationality; gender; phone numbers; email addresses; business email; business phone number; birth, marriage, divorce, and death records; government licenses, professional licenses; social security numbers; social media; business entity filings, corporate affiliations, and business associates; current and former address; driver's license number; and other similar data.
Financial and Customer History Personal Data. We collect financial information (bank account number or IBAN, BIC number, invoices, bills); and other data which are necessary to perform the agreed services..
Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register using Google, Apple, Microsoft or eMail account details.
Recording of Calls. We collect personal data you provide to us whenever you are having phone calls with us.
Whenever we audio record calls in our own interest, we ask for your consent. If you request for your call to not be audio recorded, we will comply with this request. In such a case, we will (only) record the call manually by means of written notation. We however also reserve the right to terminate a call and/or to require the information which was or was to be provided over the phone in writing.
When a call is recorded (audio recording or manually), we process personal data generated from the telephone system or provided by the telephone company (such as phone numbers, call start time and duration) in addition to the speech content itself.
All personal data that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us within due time of any changes to such personal data.
2. What information do we collect - Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information — such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services or Apps.
