Marketing Manager



  • Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest) and drive content creation.
  • Plan, launch and manage paid media, including PPC and PPM advertising (Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.); these campaigns will be focused primarily on engagement and conversions (lead generation)
  • Create, manage and experiment with engaging stories and a wide range of content campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Manage SEO strategy (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Plan and execute automated back-end marketing, such as indoctrination and conversion campaigns (e.g. email newsletters and promotional emails)
  • Plan and execute content marketing
  • Analyze data to monitor performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the board level.
  • Collaborate with development team to increase website conversions and improve user experience


  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • 2+years of user acquisition and growth marketing experience including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, CRO, SEO, etc., focused on B2B demand generation and self-service sales.
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
  • Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
  • Proficient with Analytics.
  • Knowing German is a plus
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient level of English (at least C1)
  • BSc/BA in Marketing or relevant field
